SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING

Transparency is an important part of our sustainability journey.

In 2025, Prime Label Group prepared its first Sustainability Report, marking an important milestone in the development of our Group-wide approach to sustainability.

The report presents our sustainability priorities, commitments and performance across the Group. It reflects the results of our Double Materiality Assessment and covers the environmental, social and governance topics most relevant to our business and stakeholders.

Our sustainability approach is built around four strategic pillars: Resilient Partnerships, Satisfied Team, Sustainable Labels and Circular Economy Advocate. Through these areas, we focus on responsible supply chain management, our people, climate and operational performance, resource efficiency and circular solutions for our customers.

The report also presents our 2025 sustainability performance and baseline indicators, including greenhouse gas emissions, energy and resource use, waste, workforce and health and safety data, responsible sourcing and supplier management.

We are committed to continuously improving both our sustainability performance and the quality of our reporting, strengthening transparency, data consistency and accountability across Prime Label Group.

We are proud to publish the first Prime Label Group Sustainability Report, which presents our ESG performance, priorities and commitments. Sustainability is an integral part of how we operate, make decisions, build relationships and develop solutions for our customers.
